Services Provided
Kaizen X Labs provides professional software development services including but not limited to: custom web and mobile application development, e-commerce platform development and optimization, payment processing integrations, API development, ongoing technical support and maintenance, and proprietary SaaS product development and management.
Business Relationship & Payment Terms
We work with clients on a project basis and ongoing retainer arrangements for consulting services. Our proprietary SaaS products operate on subscription-based revenue models with monthly and annual billing cycles. Payment terms for consulting are typically Net 30 for established business clients, with milestone-based payments for larger projects. We accept payments via bank transfer, credit cards, and electronic payment methods through our secure payment processing partners.
Intellectual Property & Deliverables
All custom software, code, and digital assets developed specifically for clients become the property of the client upon full payment completion. We maintain appropriate licensing for all third-party tools and frameworks used in development.
